Smoked Gammon Steak with Lashings of Spicy Jerk Infused Butter

 

Available as either premium horseshoe or formed from whole pork legs, our signature cures are continually adapted to ensure that the taste and flavours are just right for our customers. When it comes to preparing our smoked gammons, we use traditional smoking ovens using Applewood chips and Beechwood logs. The meat is then smoked until it reaches the exact colour we’re looking for, not a single shade deeper or lighter.

Of course, smoked gammon isn’t the only flavour our experts have perfected. Our award-winning sweet-cured gammon is always a crowd-pleaser, add a gingerbread crumb and glaze or simply slow cook and serve with a smokey tomato sauce and chorizo jam for a delicious flavoursome lunch or dinner.
