Established in 1878, Henry Hirst has grown from a small local provisions supplier into an International supplier of sliced bacon whilst still delivering great quality and customer service.
Mr Henry Hirst started the business selling various goods including bacon, fish, butter, sugar and tea but decided to focus on bacon following its removal from rationing on the 4th July 1954. Today Henry Hirst provides a range of top quality bacon products including sliced bacon, gammon steaks and joints.
Henry’s Bacon is well known amongst the food service market for providing a consistent quality product which creates loyalty amongst its customers. Henry Hirst offers a wide range of products to suit all requirements.
